Then at Home Depot, I saw an older gentleman decked out in Bills gear, screamed ‘Go Bills!’ and he said, ‘Heck yeah.’ Now if you’re Bills Mafia, you know that’s not how it goes—the response is always ‘Go Bills!’
“That disappointment turned into a phrase I kept saying: ‘Shout it out.’ Because Bills Mafia doesn’t halfway respond—we’re known for shouting out every chant we got. Whether it’s the original ‘Shout’ song, the kickoff chant, or just screaming ‘Go Bills!’—we shout it out with everything in us.”
